layered city image prompts

Design a 9:16 portrait artwork as a handcrafted layered paper scene featuring a Siamese cat overlooking a city. Place the cat in the lower foreground on a broad balcony floor behind a low protective wall, its cream body assembled from gently curved paper shapes. Use espresso-brown pieces for the mask, ears, paws, and tail, plus a tiny blue eye in profile. Build the skyline upward with overlapping cut-paper buildings in dusty blue, coral, and warm gray. Illuminate the scene from the upper left so each layer casts a delicate physical shadow. Keep cut edges, paper fibers, and spatial depth visible within one coherent vertical composition.
